Founded in 1950, Fashion Import began distributing imported handbags and accessory items. Currently, they develop and sell their own brands of handbags, luggage, casual bags, backpacks, leather briefcases and travel bags under several brands. Fashion Import has the exclusive right to distribute Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein luggage. Other U.S lines being distributed by Fashion Import include Lewis N. Clark, a leader in travel accessories, the Healthy Back Bag by Ameribag and Baggallini. They are proud to have the Canadian distribution for several European lines like Antler, the leading luggage brand in the U.K as well as United Colors of Benetton, Tokidoki and Sisley handbags, luggage, wallets and umbrellas.

Currently serving over 1,500 customers, Fashion Import has a customer base that includes luggage outlets, department stores, handbags stores, shoe stores, travel accessory outlets, leather specialty stores and duty free shops. The head office is located in Montreal and is equipped with a warehouse and 6 showrooms. Other showrooms are located in Vancouver and Toronto.

Fashion Import continues to strive for new areas of growth by adding non-competing products to their mix, expanding sales and exploring new distribution channels.
